In
large sauce pan, melt 4 T. Butter, Saute

minced Onion, 1 chopped Bell Pepper, 1/4 C. diced Celery
until
clear.
Add:

16oz Can Dices Tomatoes - 2 t. Salt - 1/8 Pepper
Simmer
15 minutes. Stir in 2 cups cooked rice,
stir
and let simmer 5 minutes.
