C. Cubed Potatoes - 1 C. Sliced Carrots - ½ C. Chopped Celery

C. shredded Cabbage - 2 ½ C. Canned tomatoes -

C Uncooked Rice - 1 Bay Leaf - 1 8oz.can tomato sauce

Cook
until tender, about 1 hour.
Add
small package of Velveeta Cheese, let this melt before serving.
