Penney’s Sweet ‘n Sour Meat Loaf



Makes 1 large loaf

2 lbs. Ground beef - 2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed - 1 ½ t. salt
½ t pepper - 3 eggs - ½ chopped onion - 1-8oz. Tomato Sauce

MIX WELL-form loaf
Bake covered w/ foil @ 350 about 1 hour
Make sauce while your loaf bakes, bring to boil in sauce pan
8 oz Tomato Sauce - 2T Brown Sugar - 2T Vinegar - 1/4 Cup Sugar
2t. Mustard

Pour sauce over loaf when done and place under broiler for a few moments,  watch carefully.
