lb Stew Meat - 3-4 T. Oil - 1t. Salt - 1/8 Pepper - 1 T. Marjoram

t. beef bullion - 10 C. Water - 2 Potatoes diced

C. large Pasta Shells
Cut
meat until brown, salt, pepper, spice and saute. Gradually pour in water, bring
to boil. Add bullion, simmer 30 minutes.
Add
potatoes & Pasta, bring to boil and simmer until tender.
