C. Dried Lentils - 10 C. Water - 2 15oz. Cans Crushed Tomatoes or Tomato Sauce -
2 C. diced Carrots - 1 C. Chopped Onion -

C. Ham Scraps - 3 t. Marjoram
Combine
all ingredients - bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer, cover for about 2 hours
or until lentils are very tender.
Serve
with a dollop of Sour Cream
