2 pounds Stew Meat
Onion Soup Mix - ½ c. Beef Broth - Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 c.
Sour Cream
Place meat in crock pot with broth & soup mix. Cook on low for
6- 8 hours.
Stir in Soup & Sour Cream. Thicken with Cornstarch if needed.
Serve hot over Rice or Noodles
