California Pizza Kitchen Dough

 3 C. Flour - 1 T. Yeast - 3T. Sugar- 2t. Salt - 1/3 C. Olive Oil
Mix, then slowly add in 2 1/4 C hot water, knead with Kitchen Aid Dough Hook adding 2 ½ to 3 C. flour ½ C at a time until dough is not sticky. 

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough Version
Use ½ C. Honey instead of Sugar
and use Whole Wheat Flour in place of White Flour 
Preheat and bake at 500°
